Shady Oaks Healthcare Center is the only skilled nursing facility in the Oregon County, Missouri. We are a 120-bed facility located in Thayer, MO, just minutes from the beautiful town of Mammoth Spring, AR, home to one of the world's largest springs. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and most insurances. We are proud to provide exceptional care with a home-town touch to our residents.
Our facility is an active participant in the both the Thayer and Mammoth Spring communities. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and support our local schools and businesses. We are blessed to have the support of our community with several different churches and individuals volunteering their time to serve our residents and others allowing us to bring our residents to visit their business. We take our residents to the thrift store, various restaurants, and to Mammoth Spring State Park.
